The HR Director will be responsible for developing the new organisation and delivering across all aspects of its people agenda. The role requires an individual who has experience in setting up new HR functions and/or organisations, developing a workforce and culture to best enable a new organisation to deliver.
The Onshore Supply Chain Strategy Lead will oversee the delivery of GBE’s Supply Chain Investment Strategy across onshore sectors, providing technical and commercial leadership to challenge and refine outputs. The role requires an individual who has strong technical and commercial understanding of energy supply chains, with demonstrable experience working in the onshore energy sector.
The Construction Manager (Onshore Wind) will lead day-to-day construction activities across civil works (roads, foundations, drainage, electrical infrastructure (cabling, substations, ICP works) and turbine / PV / BESS installation. The role requires an individual who has demonstrably significant construction experience (energy or infrastructure).
The Senior Delivery Project Manager (Onshore Wind) will lead delivery of renewable projects (typically 50–200+ MW scale), and transition projects from development to construction (pre-FID to NTP). The role requires experience in infrastructure/energy project delivery.

The role requires an individual with strong technical and commercial understanding of energy supply chains, with demonstrable experience working in the offshore energy sector.
The Land Manager and Origination Lead (Onshore Energy) will develop and deliver land acquisition and management strategies for development projects, and lead negotiations with landowners, occupiers, agents, and statutory bodies. The role requires an individual with significant experience in a senior land, estates, or property role within energy, infrastructure, utilities, development, or the public sector.
The Procurement Manager (Development and Delivery, Onshore Wind) will develop and deliver land acquisition and management strategies for development projects, and lead negotiations with landowners, occupiers, agents, and statutory bodies. The role requires an individual with significant experience in a senior land, estates, or property role within energy, infrastructure, utilities, development, or the public sector.
The Delivery Commercial Manager (Onshore Wind) will work with the Development Commercial Manager to develop and and then lead the implementation of the commercial strategy (EPC, multi-contracting, alliance models). The role requires an individual with strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex infrastructure or energy projects.
The Executive Assistant to the Chair and CEO will manage complex, fast-moving diaries for the Chair or CEO, ensuring priorities are accurately reflected and time is used effectively. The role requires proven experience providing proactive, high-quality administrative or executive support, managing complex diaries, inboxes, and logistics in a fast-paced environment.
