Ahead of the first-phase of products launching under the Local Power Plan (LPP), Great British Energy’s Local team are excited to announce a series of webinars throughout July.
These webinars will provide insight into the grants, capacity & capability support, and wider tools and templates that will be released as part of the LPP’s ambitions to deliver at least 1000 projects by 2030.
It will also provide you an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on the LPP and the shape of GBE’s initial set of products.
Webinar 1: The Local Power Plan - progress, products and partnerships
An introductory session for everybody and anybody working across the community energy sector. This includes community energy groups, intermediaries, representative organisations and local government.
Webinar 2 - Powering Up: GBE Local’s strategy to unlock community energy at scale and pace
A session dedicated to community energy enterprises, intermediaries and representative groups, with a focus on the Community Fund.
Webinar 3 - The Local Power Plan in Practice: Enabling Local Authorities to deliver at scale
A session dedicated to Local Authority employees, with a focus on the Partnership Grant and how LAs can deliver projects alongside the sector.
